Maryland Map

Maryland is rich
with historical sites. It is also rich in beautiful landscapes. The latter
you can view out your window, the former requires a few stops and some
extra time. You will pass through some famous cities (e.g., Hagerstown,
Frederick and - if you are going that far - Baltimore). For a few miles
just east of Hagerstown you'll be following the famous Potomac River. At exit 53 in Frederick, I-270 splits off from I-70 and connects eastbound traffic with I-495 in the northwest corner of Washington DC. If you are headed for Washington or northern Virginia, this is your preferable route. |
